I am absolutely delighted for you and everyone who works at The Glen on your “Outstanding” award from CQC. Your level of care, compassion and ceaseless dedication to both guests and their families is incredible.
From my personal experience you have given my Dad his health back. I said my goodbyes to him in hospital after Christmas as he was so ill, weak and confused. You have all nursed him back to health and strength and given him his dignity back. He is living a happy life with people keeping an eye on him and making sure he stays well.
Thank you all for your hard work and always with a smile. You deserve this achievement.
